Members
CDAD has over 60 organizational members and supporting member organizations. CDAD requires that CDC member organizations meet the following criteria:
- Nonprofit tax-exempt status
- Provide community development for low-to-moderate income communities
- including the physical revitalization of affordable housing, commercial or industrial areas
- Have specific geographic boundaries within the city of Detroit
- Support the goals and philosophy of CDAD; and
- Provide services to enhance the quality of life of Detroiters. Supporting membership is open to organizations that comply with CDAD's guiding principles.
